BD Crafters is a Family owned and operated business, nestled in the foothills of Mount Washington. I started out in 1995 building musical instruments with my father in the basement of an old farmhouse. I closely watched, and assisted my father, as he carved out a scroll for a fiddle, or he scalloped a neck for a guitar. I began thinking at a young age how amazing it is to draw something up on paper and then be able to build it out of wood! Since my very young beginning, I have always enjoyed building all kinds of things out of wood, from custom cabinets, to handmade guitars, there has never been a dull moment... and even now, every job I take on, there is always a challenge that keeps it fun and exciting.
