His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring tasks were not only completed, but done correctly ensured me this was a solid investment. Construction always has bumps along the way like permits and items unseen when work gets on its way but Rolando was always impeccable with his communication and his hard work and extra hours when needed did not go unnoticed. On a personal note, It pleased me that he took a little moment each day to play with my dog and ensure she was safe while they worked (she didn’t like the loud noises). He also made sure that his work space was clean and tidy each day when he was done. Throughout our conversations I felt like I could trust him with opinions when I had questions along the way. The finished product was beyond my expectations and we are now planning for our next remodel.

Rolando and Omar and his plumber and electrician did an outstanding job on our bathroom install and kitchen floor replacement. Rolando and his guys were amazing. First of all, the work that they did on my home was well executed and thorough. Secondly, they were a pleasure to be around. I am a stay at home mom of two young kids, and was therefore around for majority of the work being completed, and Rolando and his team were so respectful of our space and treated everything with care. Rolando converted and updated a main level bedroom and bathroom into an on-suite master updating from a tub surround to a beautiful tiled shower, and created a guest room and bathroom in our basement. I would hire him again, and have already recommended him to many friends.

Sterling General Contractors recently remodeled our basement. They did a great job in finishing a roughly 1000 square foot area, giving us a living room and TV viewing area and a full bath. They did very professional work, fully framing the area for dry wall, completing plumbing and electrical work through sub-contractors they carefully supervised, installing a drop down ceiling and laying a laminate floor. They completed the work efficiently and worked patiently with inspectors at every stage of the remodeling process. They provided a detailed quotation that spelled all costs to complete the job and beat the price of two other contractors for the same work. In sum, we are very happy with the work of Sterling General Contractors and recommend them to homeowners who need a great living space in their unfinished basements.

So I first got in contact with Rolando when my water heater leaked and did some damage to my house. Rolando came to my house the day I called him after he check all the damage he suggested I put a tankless water heater witch I did and save me a lot of space, needless to say I have been using this company for all my house projects I highly recommend him.
